On December 26, 2020, on the arrival of the New Year, 0.7-2.5×450мм continuous hot dip galvanizing line of 《Jilin Huaxin》company, which was contracted by Beijing JJRS Technology Development Co., LTD., was successfully put into production in advance. This is the third galvanizing line constructed by our company for 《Jilin Huaxin》company after line 3# and line 4#!  

This unit uses blast furnace gas as heat source. Compared with natural gas, it can save about 20 Yuan/ton steel cost for customers. Such cost advantage will help enterprises to remain invincible in the fierce market competition. and my company has been adhering to the "technology create value, satisfaction creates opportunities" business philosophy, commitment to achieve win-win cooperation with customers. And our company has been adhering to the "technology to create value, with satisfaction to create opportunities" business philosophy, committed to achieve win-win cooperation with customers.  It only took 194 days for galvanizing line 5# of《Jilin Huaxin》company from construction to operation, including only 84 days for equipment installation, which once again refreshed the record of the shortest construction and operation period in the galvanizing industry of China.  The unit is a continuous hot dip galvanizing unit for cold rolled strip steel with a production capacity of 140,000 tons/year. The unit reduces consumption of blast furnace gas for 1 ton steel strip from 350m3 of line 3# and line 4# to 250m3 of line 5#, which greatly reduces the consumption of blast furnace gas for 1 ton steel strip.   The smooth operation of galvanizing line 5# marks that our company has stepped up a new stage in the construction of blast furnace gas galvanizing field.
