Warmly celebrate that Beijing JJRS Technology Development Co., Ltd. signed a contract with《Jilin Huaxin》on continuous hot dip galvanizing production line 5# 0.7-2.5×450mm after hot dip galvanizing production line 3#&4#. 

     The unit is a continuous hot dip galvanizing line for cold rolled strip steel with annual capacity of 140000T/a. The product is used to produce galvanized steel strip for building materials.  The unit has the functions of annealing reduction, galvanizing, tension leveling, passivation and so on.  The unit adopts the improved Sendzimir production process. The strip enters the annealing furnace for annealing reduction, and then enters the zinc pot for hot dip galvanizing under closed condition. The coating thickness is manually controlled by the air knife, and the galvanized strip is obtained through the cooling process after galvanizing.
