Structural parts – hot dip galvanizing line is designed for galvanizingsteel structure comprised of structural steel, round steel, steel plate andsteel tube, such as components of transmission tower, microwave tower,expressway guardrail, lamp pole, building frame and bridge frame etc.

Structural parts are galvanized by dipping steel partsinto zinc liquid to get the surface of steel parts coated with zinc. Structuralparts galvanizing is different with continuous hot dip galvanizing productionof steel strip and steel wire, longer zinc dipping time will obtain thickergalvanized layers with good corrosion resistance property and adhesionstrength, therefore the galvanized products will possess longer outdoor corrosionresistance life.

There are two techniques for Structural partsgalvanizing: flux method, slight oxidation-reduction method. Flux hot dipgalvanizing includes lead & zinc galvanizing, wet galvanizing and drygalvanizing.

Process Flow

Hot water washing → degreasing → waterwashing → pickling → water washing → flux → drying → hot dip galvanizing →water cooling → passivating → water washing → drying → sorting → inspecting →packing
