      Compared with the traditional technology, "JJRS-Sendzimir"method can greatly increase productivity. For its:

      High temperature flame one-timeheating technology: In the heating furnace, steel strips from the normal temperatureof 20 can be heated directly tothe re-crystallization temperature zone of strip steel in the non-oxidationatmosphere.

      Zero heat preservation and energy saving concept: On the premise ofguaranteeing the annealing and reduction effects, heat energy can be reasonablyallocated, steel strip temperature rise is conducted as far as possible in theflame heating section of high thermal efficiency to shorten the length ofreduction section, so as to improve productivity as much as possible and reducethe manufacturing and operation cost of spare parts.

      JJRS-Sendzimir is a new thermal energy technologyintegrated application on basis of all-direction and entire system-wide.

      Each section and the internal structure ofthe annealing furnace: could facilitate atmosphere circulation in the furnaceand reduce the atmosphere interference of the different section.

      New type regenerative nozzle: higher airpreheat temperature, better air gas premix effect, high combustion efficiency andmore sufficient burning.

      High temperature flame directional heatingtechnology: more efficient heating and better distributed steel strip heating.

      Precision control to nozzle air-fuel ratioand thermal power: the temperature and atmosphere IN furnace realized sectionaland partial precise control, reduce or avoid oxidation of steel strip, achievethe best technology in steel strip heating and annealing.

      Radiant tube energy-saving combustionsecond-time heat-exchange technology: apply the concept of constant pressure sourcecontrol to maintain radiant tube at the best working state.

      Furnace temperature automatic-controlfunction: after nozzle adjusted to the best condition, all operations will be controlledby software, and there is no need for workers to operate valves, so operation errorinfluencing product quality and energy consumption is avoided.

      Human-machine interactive dialogue mode: betterperformance in the screen interface; more visualized parameters display, moreconvenient operation for adjustment.       Technology Characteristics & Equipment Level

      High quality hot dip galvanizing (aluminizing) steelplate can be produced, the thickness range is from 0.15 to6mm, the width rangeis from 160 to1,300mm, and the minimum energy consumption is 16Nm3/tnatural gas.

      Our unique patented technology guarantees the lowenergy consumption, high productivity, high-level automation, low operatingcosts.

      Degreasing, temper rolling, leveling,stretch straightener, passivating, oiling processes could be equippedoptionally.

      The whole production line is divided into entrysection, process section and exit section:

      Entry section mainly includes decoiling, shearing,welding and looping process, will provide continuous steel strips for processsection;

      Process section mainly includes degreasing, annealing,galvanizing, finishing, leveling, passivating, oiling etc., will completeprocessing of steel strip;

      In Exitsection, inspection, coil divided and recoiling of steel strips will be completed.

      Annealing furnace adopts light fiber of goodheat preservation performance for lining, it is fast in furnace construction andhas small thermal inertia.

      Steel strip cooling in the furnace adoptsprotective gas circulating spray cooling device, with frequency conversionregulation, thereby pot entering temperature of steel strips can be controlledrapidly and accurately.

      Advanced air knife, which is independentlydeveloped by JJRS, is adopted, so that the plating thickness is controlleduniformly, zinc plating weight can reach 40-275g/m2.

      With jet current ceramic induction heatingadopted, the ceramic zinc pot has the advantages of quick heating, uniformtemperature, long service life and less zinc dross etc.

      Temper mill, with double-curve single tensionleveler equipped, can greatly improve steel strip shape, surface quality and productquality.

      CPC, EPC system is equipped to guaranteethe stable operation.

      Electric transmission control system adopts Siemens AC frequency conversionspeed regulation system to realize the closed-loop control of tension andspeed.
