The pickling line is a very important process in the cold-rolled steel strip production process. Its purpose is to remove iron oxide on the surface of the steel strip, adjust the roll weight, cut off the cracked edges, and provide qualified raw materials for rolling; according to different pickling processes, it can be divided into continuous pickling and push-pull type pickling; continuous pickling connects the head and tail of the steel strip, and the steel strip runs continuously. On both sides of the equipment process section, there are storage live sleeves to ensure the continuous operation of the process section. Generally, this process method is usually adopted when the annual output exceeds 700,000 tons; push-pull type pickling is that each roll of steel strip is separately threaded, and it is pushed first and then pulled to complete the pickling process; generally, this process method is usually adopted when the annual output is less than 600,000 tons; our company adopts the advanced shallow trough turbulent push-pull type pickling process, which has the advantages of low investment, simple unit equipment, strong adaptability to changes in steel strip varieties, convenient operation, and easy maintenance, and is very suitable for small and medium-sized cold-rolled mills.
