During the rolling process of cold-rolled strip steel, for the sake of process requirements, palm oil or similar artificial synthetic oils are usually used as lubricants. This lubricant will leave an oil film on the surface of the strip steel. When this oil film undergoes annealing in the annealing furnace, due to heating decomposition, carburization phenomenon and residue formation will occur, which will affect the composition and surface cleanliness of the strip steel, and subsequently affect the quality of subsequent processing. The function of this unit is to clean the surface of the strip steel using chemical and electrochemical methods to meet the quality requirements for subsequent processing. This electrochemical degreasing unit can also unwind the cold-rolled steel coil, cut off the excessively thick part at the tail of the strip steel, adjust the weight of the steel coil, and roll it with appropriate tension.
