Continuous annealing of tinplate is a core process in the production of tinplate (tinplate). In a clean protective atmosphere, the cold-rolled steel strip is rapidly heated, uniformly heated, precisely cooled and subjected to aging treatment to obtain the required mechanical properties (such as hardness, strength, elongation) and excellent plate shape, especially outstanding deep drawing processing performance.


After continuous annealing treatment, tinplate (tin plate) has remarkable characteristics such as uniform structure, stable performance, clean surface and good formability. This makes it an ideal material for food and beverage cans (two-piece cans, three-piece cans, easy-pull cans), chemical cans, crown LIDS, twist-off LIDS, dry battery casings, electronic components, etc., especially for can bodies and LIDS that require high-speed stamping, deep drawing and complex forming, there is a huge demand.


Our company can provide advanced continuous annealing production lines for tinplate, which employ an innovative combustion system using low calorific value gases such as blast furnace gas to efficiently process substrates of different specifications (thicknesses and widths), meeting the production requirements of tinplate of various hardness levels from T2 to T5 and DR.
