1#, 2# Feeding Car → 1#, 2# Uncoiler → 1#, 2# Uncoiling Knife → Uncoiling Pinch Roll → Five-roll Leveler → Hydraulic Cross Cut Shear → Welding Platform → Tension Machine 1 → Entry Looper (two sets of single-roll CPC) → Tension Machine 2 → Double Roll Centering (CPC) → Dancing Roll → Annealing Furnace → Furnace Nose → Zinc Pot → Sink Roll → Air Knife → Cooling Fan → Cooling Tower Deflector Roll → Quenching Tank → Squeegee Roll → Double Roll Centering (CPC) → Tension Machine 3 → Tension Leveler → Dip Coating Passivation → Hot Air Drying → Exit Looper → Tension Machine 4 → Hydraulic Cross Cut Shear → Coiling Pinch Roll (Guide Plate) → Coiler (EPC) → Discharging Car  


Continuous operation is realized through the electronic control system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and auxiliary equipment.
