1#, 2# Feeding Car → 1#, 2# Uncoiler → 1#, 2# Uncoiling Knife → 1#, 2# Uncoiling Pinch Roll → Hydraulic Cross Cut Shear → Seam Welder → Tension Machine 1 → Entry Looper (three sets of single-roll CPC) → Tension Machine 2 → Double Roll Centering (CPC) → Tension Measuring Roll → Annealing Furnace → Guide Roll → Zinc Pot → Sink Roll → Stabilizing Roll → Air Knife → Cooling Fan → Cooling Tower Deflector Roll → Quenching Tank → Squeegee Roll → Double Roll Centering (CPC) → Tension Machine 3 → Tension Leveler → Tension Machine 4 → Dip Coating Passivation → Hot Air Drying → Exit Looper → Tension Machine 5 → Hydraulic Cross Cut Shear → Pre-coiling Pinch Machine (Guide Plate) → Coiler (EPC) → Discharging Car
