I. Technical Scheme Basis

This technology is based on the principle of the continuous hot-dip galvanizing of steel strips according to the popular Sendzimir method in the international market. It combines our company's successful experience in the hot-dip galvanizing field and takes into account the actual situation of the user. It is designed in accordance with the principles of economy, reliability, and maintainability.

V. Process Flow

1. Process Overview

The Sendzimir method of galvanizing has always held a dominant position in the world's continuous hot-dip galvanizing lines for steel strips and has been continuously improved and developed. The main feature of this method is that the preheating furnace, reduction furnace, and cooling section are connected as an organic whole through a sealed furnace throat. It uses purified natural gas as fuel and employs non-oxidizing heating technology to achieve continuous annealing of steel strips. It has many advantages such as high quality, high output, low consumption, and safety. This technology is also designed based on this process method.

2. The main equipment is arranged according to the process flow as follows:

1. 2# Feeding Cart → 1, 2# Uncoiler → Uncoiling Knife 1, 2 → Uncoiling Support 1, 2 → Hydraulic Cross-cutting Shear → Welding Platform → Tensioner 1 → Entry Loop → Tensioner 2 → Double Roller Centering (CPC) → Jumping Roller → Annealing Furnace → Furnace Nose → Zinc Bath → Submerged Roller → Stabilizing Roller → Air Knife → Cooling Fan → Cooling Tower Turning Roller → Quenching Tank → Squeeze Roller → Double Roller Centering (CPC) → Tensioner 3 → Leveler → Immersion Passivation → Hot Air Drying → Exit Loop → Tensioner 4 → Hydraulic Cross-cutting Shear → Coiling Support (Guide Plate) → Coiler (EPC) → Unloading Cart

Continuous operation is achieved through the electrical control system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, and auxiliary equipment.
