V. Process Flow
1. Process Overview
The Sendzimir method of galvanizing has always held a dominant position in the world's continuous hot-dip galvanizing lines for steel strips and has been continuously improved and developed. The main feature of this method is that the preheating furnace, reduction furnace, and cooling section are connected as an organic whole through a sealed furnace throat. It uses purified natural gas as fuel and employs non-oxidizing heating technology to achieve continuous annealing of steel strips. It has many advantages such as high quality, high output, low consumption, and safety. This technology is also designed based on this process method.
2. The main equipment is arranged according to the process flow as follows:
