2. Unit process
According to the function of the unit and the strip processing sequence, the unit can be divided into inlet section, process section and outlet section. The inlet section mainly includes uncoiling, shearing, welding and degreasing processes, which continuously provide clean strips for the process section. The process section mainly includes annealing reduction section, galvanizing section, tension straightening, passivation section, etc., to complete the process treatment of the strip; The outlet section completes the winding and winding of the strip. The process of the unit is as follows:
Upper winding→ uncoiling→ cutting head→ welding→ inlet loop→ degreasing (alkali spraying, alkali brushing, electrolytic cleaning, alkali brushing, water cleaning 1~3, fresh water spraying), → hot air drying→ annealing reduction→ protective gas cooling galvanized → air cooling 1~3→ water quenching cooling→ hot air drying → (reserved finishing), → straightening→ passivation→ hot air drying→ outlet loop→ inspection table → slitting→ winding→unwinding→ packaging.
3. Characteristics of this unit
The unit is a cold-rolled strip annealing galvanizing unit, with annealing reduction, galvanizing, finishing (reservation), tensioning, passivation and other functions, the raw material variety is cold-rolled hard steel coil SPCC, SPCD, SPCE, the specification is 800-1250mm × 0.12-0.8mm, the design unit ****** process speed is Max.150m/min, in the process section of the unit, mainly complete annealing reduction, galvanizing, (reserved polishing), tensioning and straightening, passivation process. The total length of the unit is about 218m.

(4) Set up a reduction method bright horizontal annealing furnace, using the new energy-saving radiant tube technology developed by Jingjie Ruisi Company for indirect heating, and the heating is uniform and simple to control, the plate shape is good, which overcomes the shortcomings of most domestic units that are difficult to produce thin strips. (5) The annealing furnace adopts the natural gas heating scheme, and sets up a comprehensive waste heat recovery system developed by Jingjie Ruisi Company, which can replace steam (or electricity) for cleaning liquid heating and hot air drying heating in the whole line; It has good synchronization of use, which can eliminate the investment of system boilers, and at the same time, according to general estimates, compared with the traditional steam heating lye and heat exchange methods, the annual cost can be saved by more than one million yuan. (6) The annealing furnace is lined with light fiber, which is fast to build the furnace and has low thermal inertia. (7) The cooling of the strip in the furnace adopts a protective gas circulation injection cooling device, which adopts frequency conversion adjustment, and the cooling speed of the strip is fast and uniform, which can meet the accurate temperature requirements of galvanized strip into the pot, and the special zinc nose structure is used to meet the requirements of galvanization. (8) The QD type advanced air knife developed by Jingjie Ruisi Company is adopted, and the coating weight and quality control are good. (9) The use of ceramic induction zinc pot to ensure the stability of the plating solution temperature and meet the requirements of galvanized products, the zinc pot heating adopts jet ceramic induction heating, which has the advantages of fast heating, uniform temperature, long service life and less zinc slag. (10) The reserved setting of the finishing machine can effectively improve the surface quality of the product, eliminate the yield platform, and improve the cold rolling performance of the product. (11) The use of two-bend and two-correction straightening machine can effectively improve the shape and surface quality of the strip plate and improve product competitiveness. (12) CPC and EPC use Shanghai Kexin electro-hydraulic to ensure the stable production of the unit. (13) Siemens AC frequency conversion speed regulation transmission control system is adopted, with good man-machine interface and simple equipment maintenance.
