On September 26, 2015, Beijing JJRS Technology Development Co., Ltd. organized and held an all-staff dissemination meeting with the theme of "Change thinking, return to the origin, adhere to principles, and eliminate the inferior to promote the superior". At the beginning of the meeting, Ji Zhimin, the executive vice president and the director of the Management Department of JJRS, delivered a report on "Adjusting thinking, upgrading management, and achieving development through leaps". Then Zhu Jun, the deputy general manager of production and operation, delivered a dissemination on the strategic goals and action plans of the business departments. The executive vice president and the director of the Management Department, Ji Zhimin, delivered a dissemination on the strategic goals and action plans of the administrative departments. Through these two modules of content, all the company's staff gained a deeper understanding of the company's overall strategic goals, the decomposed strategic goals of each department for the company's strategic goals, and the detailed action plans designated for each department to achieve the strategic goals. Thus, the goal was achieved of achieving unified strategic thinking and consistent action planning throughout the company.

The ten operating principles of JJRS have been implemented since August and have been in effect for two months. In order to help everyone better understand the company's operating principles, concepts, and methods, the Human Resources and Administration Department specially conducted a comprehensive learning and communication session for all employees. This session was presented by the department head Liu Suhui, who shared the content with everyone. The presentation included departmentally compiled PPTs with rich graphics and vivid explanations, as well as case exchanges related to the principles. This enabled everyone to have a deeper understanding and learning of the operating principles.
Organizational structure adjustments and reorganization of job responsibilities were the key tasks of JJRS in 2015. In the second half of the all-staff meeting, Vice President of Production and Operations Zhu Jun provided detailed explanations on organizational structure adjustments and job responsibilities. Based on the above publicity and reports, the General Manager of Jingjie Ruisi, Xu Lei, conducted a summary publicity on the company's strategic goals and operating principles. Each participant gained a clearer understanding of the significance and importance of the strategic goals and operating principles.
At the end of the meeting, Jingjie Ruisi's Chairman, Xie Hairong, delivered a summary speech with the theme of "Establishment, Facing, Action, Resolution". In the current market environment, what changes do each position personnel need to make to adapt? This is a question that every member of JJRS needs to think about. Just as stated in the operating principles, "Be courageous in facing challenges and be willing to take responsibility". We believe that through this all-staff publicity session with the theme of "Change thinking, return to the origin, adhere to principles, and eliminate the inferior", every member of JJRS will have a clearer understanding of the company's strategic goals for advancement and the adjustments and improvements we need to make in the future.
