At 9 o'clock on December 31, 2018, the 3# blast furnace gas galvanizing line of Jilin Huaxin, a subsidiary of Jilin Jianlong Group, was successfully put into operation. The 3# galvanizing unit of Jilin Huaxin was constructed and put into production in just 100 days, setting a record for the shortest construction and production cycle in the domestic galvanizing industry. 

This project utilized blast furnace gas as the heating gas medium for the heating furnace, and adopted the dual-reservoir non-oxidation (NOF) combustion technology for combustion. This improved the thermal efficiency and also optimized the furnace area multiple times, fully considering the recycling and reuse of energy. Automatic temperature control technology, automatic tension control technology, weld seam tracking technology, clamp positioning technology, automatic display of line offset, etc. were implemented throughout the line, enabling one-click setting and automatic matching of parameters for production. The installed capacity level of this project is at the forefront in the galvanizing narrow strip industry.
