We warmly celebrate the signing of the 5# 0.7-2.5×450 continuous hot-dip galvanizing production line project by Beijing Jingjieruisi Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Jilin Huaxin after the signing of lines 3# and 4#. This unit is a continuous hot-dip galvanizing production line for cold-rolled steel strips with a production capacity of 140,000 t/a. The product is targeted at producing building materials galvanized plates. The unit has functions such as annealing and reduction, galvanizing, rolling and straightening, and passivation. This unit adopts the improved Sengi米尔 process for production. The steel strips enter the annealing furnace for annealing and reduction， and then enter the zinc pot in a sealed state for hot-dip galvanizing. The thickness of the coating is manually controlled by the air knife， and the galvanized steel strips are obtained through the post-coating cooling process.
