May 4th Youth Day originated from the anti-imperialist and patriotic "May 4th Movement" in China in 1919. The May 4th Movement was a student movement mainly composed of young people that occurred in Beijing on May 4th, 1919, protesting against the signing of the Treaty of Versailles by the Chinese representatives, which triggered the vigorous May 4th patriotic movement. 

The May 4th Movement was the beginning of China's New Democratic Revolution, a landmark event in the history of Chinese revolution, and a turning point from the old democratic revolution to the new democratic revolution. 

In 1939, the Northwest Youth Salvation Federation of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region designated May 4th as China's Youth Day. Since then, May 4th has been clearly defined as China's Youth Day every year. Although the May 4th Movement has passed for over a hundred years, it has become a glorious page that has been recorded in the history of the Chinese nation. Today, May 4th Youth Day has been fixed as a cultural symbol of taking responsibility for the fate of the country. 

Youth are the key force for the vigorous development of every era, presenting an energetic and enterprising spirit. The new Chinese youth in the new era must have responsibility and commitment, with the courage and determination of "not being a hero until reaching the Great Wall". 

In Jingjieruisi, half of the employees are such new youth. They are vigorous and enterprising; they are young and successful without being inferior, having their own grand ideals and aspirations; they are lively and energetic, constantly exploring their potential. 

Jingjieruisi has been established for 17 years, and it is precisely these successive generations of young people who have continuously injected fresh vitality into the company, bearing their own responsibilities, and creating their own value. 

The young people born in the 1990s are striving and advancing, working hard and determined. Now they have gradually become the backbone of the company, holding important positions. 

Liu Dong and Shi Hongyu from mechanical design, Xu Songjiang and Wang Haoling from the Electrical Automation Department, Ding Xiaoxue from the Engineering Department, Chen Lanlan from the Purchasing and Logistics Department, Fu Guangyue and Shan Qing from the Finance Department, and Jiang Yu from the Comprehensive Management Department, with their positive thinking and hard work, are contributing their strength to the development of the company.

The young people born after 1995 are bold enough to break the conventional norms and make their work more efficient. Li Xinran, Wang Qing and Wang Weiping, who are in mechanical design and drafting, and Che Hao, who is in electrical debugging, have gradually grown up and started to undertake important design and debugging tasks; Cui Yuanyuan, who was transferred from administrative work to mechanical operation and maintenance, found her appropriate position and exerted greater energy; Cashier Gao Yingying, Wang Zhuangzhuang who independently undertook multiple overseas delivery tasks, Liu Junlin who has grown into an expert in project management, and Bu Fangqiao, Wang Shengjie, Wu Tianhu, Guo Haichao, Yang Zhanyu, Xu Haiyang. They have gradually grown up on the platform provided by the company and started to undertake important tasks, exerting greater energy; They demonstrated the expected undertaking ability and down-to-earth and hardworking willpower qualities of those born after 1995, and began to stand out in their daily work.

Moreover, the post-2000 generation are like the sun at 8 o'clock in the morning, full of vitality and full of potential. There are two young girls in the Electrical Department, Ma Wenwen and He Xueyan. When they are at work, they are like female soldiers; when they leave work, they are like beautiful girls. They are cute, lively, intelligent and clever. They contribute their own strength to the electrical design of the project and the execution of the OA process, achieving rapid growth. There is also Gao Xuhui and Jiang Hao in mechanical design and drawing, Li Yang who participates in electrical installation, and Liu Huan who collects materials on site. The post-2000 generation, although they have less work experience, are all shining and thriving in their respective positions, and are striving to blossom themselves.

The road ahead is long and arduous. I will strive to seek answers from all directions. I hope that all the staff of Beijing Jingjieruisi Technology Development Co., Ltd., especially the young people of the new era, will bear in mind the spirit of the May Fourth Movement, always maintain a rigorous and conscientious working attitude and a meticulous work style, be diligent, conscientious, and willing to endure hardships, and do extraordinary work in ordinary positions, achieving even greater success.
