Recently, the galvanized aluminum-magnesium production line built by Beijing JJRS Technology Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "JJRSi") for Vietnam's PSC Company was successfully put into operation on December 26, 2024. This achievement not only marks another milestone for JJRS in the international metallurgical engineering field but also injects strong impetus into the production of PSC Company in Vietnam. 

Galvanized aluminum-magnesium products, with their outstanding corrosion resistance, excellent coating properties and good processability, are highly favored in the metallurgy, construction, automotive, home appliance and other industries. The production line built by JJRS for PSC Company is one of the most advanced galvanized product production lines in the world. It integrates multiple cutting-edge technologies and adopts advanced hot-dip galvanizing processes. By precisely controlling the ratio of zinc, aluminum, magnesium and other elements, as well as the temperature and time of the galvanizing bath, it ensures the formation of a uniform and dense alloy coating on the surface of steel, significantly enhancing the protective performance of the product. Moreover, this production line also has the capability to produce medium-aluminum and medium-magnesium products, meeting the market's demand for diversified galvanized products.

The production line is equipped with an automated control system that enables precise regulation throughout the entire process from raw material feeding to finished product offloading.
