On September 13, 2025, General Manager Liu Jianpeng of Hebei Haohong New Materials Co., Ltd. and General Manager Zheng Jiangchang of Hebei Haohong New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hebei Haohong") along with five other members visited and exchanged views at Beijing JJRS Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JJRS").
Previously, JJRS had signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hainan Haohong. JJRS will design and construct a galvanizing production line with an annual output of 380,000 tons and a specification range of 1.0mm - 4.0mm × 900mm for Hainan Haohong.This production line adopts a dual-energy supply mode of "mainly using blast furnace gas and supplemented by natural gas", enabling flexible switching between "one line with dual energy sources". This effectively avoids the risk of fluctuations in a single energy supply and ensures continuous and stable operation throughout the year. At the same time, it is equipped with the heat storage heating technology independently developed by Jingjieshixin. This technology can efficiently convert and utilize industrial by-product low calorific value energy such as blast furnace gas and converter gas, with wide adaptability, and can cover multiple metal sheet processing production lines such as galvanizing, continuous annealing, and color coating. It reduces reliance on expensive energy sources, realizes the resource utilization of industrial by-products, conforms to the green production concept, and truly achieves the unified realization of "cost reduction, high efficiency, and environmental protection", further strengthening Hainanhaihong's industrial layout in the Central Plains region, helping it seize the core share of the green metal products market, and promoting the regional metal processing industry to accelerate its upgrading towards low-carbon and high-efficiency directions.This collaboration not only demonstrates the high level of trust that Hainan Haifeng has in JJRS's technical capabilities and service quality, but also marks another significant milestone for JJRS in its deep engagement in the galvanizing industry and its continuous promotion of technological innovation in the sector. JJRS will continue to drive innovation as the core, helping more enterprises achieve production line upgrades and efficiency improvements, and injecting strong impetus into the high-quality development of Chinese manufacturing.
