From November 11th to 14th, 2025, the 31st Russian International Metal Metallurgical Industry Exhibition "Metall-Expo 2025" was grandly held at the Expoforum Convention Center in St. Petersburg. JJRS Technology Development Co., Ltd. As a significant event in the global metallurgical field, this exhibition attracted nearly 800 enterprises from around the world to participate. The exhibits covered the entire industrial chain including steel products, metallurgical machinery equipment, auxiliary materials, and metal processing equipment. Since its establishment, the scale of this exhibition has continued to expand. It has not only become an important driving force for the technological upgrading and industrial transformation of the Russian steel industry, but also built a bridge for cooperation in the metallurgical field between Russia and China, as well as globally. It is capable of providing high-end complete equipment and system solutions for global customers.In this exhibition, our company fully showcased its latest achievements in the fields of green metallurgy, intelligent equipment, and the entire process services for cold rolling, coating and plating.Among them, the blast furnace gas annealing technology relies on a gas-air dual-reservoir radiant tube heating system, and is equipped with M-type radiant tubes. The low-temperature, low-hydrogen value blast furnace gas and the combustion air are separately preheated to 600-800℃ by the heat storage bodies before being mixed and burned. On the exhaust side, the high-temperature flue gas passes through the heat storage body and transfers heat to it, causing its temperature to rise to approximately 950℃. The flue gas temperature then drops to 150℃ before being discharged, achieving efficient recovery of flue gas heat. This technology can be applied in all radiant tube heating scenarios and has already been successfully applied to the continuous annealing project of tinplate. The related products can be used in the fields of high-end building materials and home appliance manufacturing in the future. In addition, at this exhibition, our company also focused on showcasing a series of intelligent control model technologies developed in the field of intelligent manufacturing. These technologies integrate AI algorithms and cover key process links such as steel strip heating, post-plating cooling, and coating treatment, effectively achieving cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement in the production process, and effectively promoting the transformation and upgrading of steel plant production line management from the traditional "manual inspection" to "intelligent protection".Globalization strategy: Deeply penetrate the "Belt and Road" marketIn recent years, JJRS has accelerated its expansion into overseas markets.
