On November 30, 2020, the first phase project of the 500,000-ton galvanizing line of Harbin Jianlong A Steel was successfully put into operation by Beijing Jingjieshier Technology Development Co., Ltd. 

This project is currently the most automated production line among all the projects that our company has launched. It is the first production line in China to achieve automatic feeding, automatic threading, automatic welding, automatic avoidance of gas knives, automatic liquid mixing for passivation, automatic unwinding of rolls, automatic temperature control of the furnace, and automatic temperature control of the plates in the field with a plate width of less than 750mm. Its advanced self-learning tension control, automatic temperature control, and mathematical models for plate temperature control are also the guarantees for the stable operation of the production line, improvement of product quality, energy conservation and consumption reduction. The leading automation configuration has also realized the transformation of the factory from "human replacing machines" to "fewer people" and even "no people". 

The Harbin Jianlong A Steel galvanizing project was signed and put into operation in the same year, and its successful launch is a milestone for our company's progress towards unmanned factories, dark factories, digital factories, and smart factories. It also contributes to filling the gap in local product production in Heilongjiang Province. At the same time, our company has taken a solid step in responding to the national call for "intelligent manufacturing"!
