On December 26, 2020, as the new year was approaching, the 5# 0.7-2.5×450 continuous hot-dip galvanizing unit constructed by Beijing Jingjieruisi Technology Development Co., Ltd. for Jilin Jianlong Group's Jilin Huaxin was successfully put into operation ahead of schedule. 

This is the third unit that our company has successfully commissioned after the Jilin Huaxin 3# and 4# lines! This unit uses blast furnace gas as the heat source. Compared with natural gas, it can save about 20 yuan per ton of steel for customers. Such cost advantages will provide support for the company to stand firm in the fierce market competition. Our company has always adhered to the business philosophy of "creating value with technology and creating opportunities with satisfaction", and is committed to achieving win-win cooperation with customers. 

The 5# galvanizing unit of Jilin Huaxin was constructed and put into operation in just 194 days, with the equipment installation taking only 84 days. This once again set a new record for the shortest construction and commissioning cycle in the domestic galvanizing industry.

This unit is a continuous hot-dip galvanizing unit for cold-rolled steel with a production capacity of 140,000 tons per year. The tonnage of blast furnace gas consumption per ton of steel for this unit has been reduced from 350m3 in the 3# and 4# lines to 250m3 in the 5# line, significantly reducing the tonnage of blast furnace gas consumption. The early and successful commissioning of the 5# galvanizing unit of Jilin Huaxin marks that our company has reached a new level in the construction of blast furnace gas galvanizing in this field.
