As early as 2009, JJRS, with its profound technical accumulation, successfully overcame the combustion stability problems caused by the low calorific value, large fluctuations and complex composition of blast furnace gas, and for the first time applied blast furnace gas to the galvanizing production line. Up to now, JJRS has successfully designed and constructed 33 blast furnace gas galvanizing/zinc-aluminum-magnesium/continuous annealing production lines. The successful application of blast furnace gas has achieved the recycling of energy, greatly reduced the dependence of enterprises on traditional energy, and brought significant economic benefits. Taking a production line with an annual output of 500,000 tons as an example, using blast furnace gas as fuel can save energy costs of more than 14.5 million yuan per year compared with using natural gas; compared with using electricity, directly using blast furnace gas as fuel can save 35 million yuan per year. On this basis, JJRS has continued to overcome difficulties and built the first blast furnace gas color-coated production line in China, which has been successfully put into operation. At the same time, the three-chamber RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) technology introduced in the project efficiently recovers and recycles the heat energy generated during the production process under strict compliance with environmental protection standards, reducing the comprehensive energy consumption by 30%, and has established a modern production process system featuring high performance, high quality, low emissions and low losses, fully demonstrating JJRS's high sense of responsibility in environmental protection and sustainable development.

Furthermore, for this production line, JJRS has independently developed multiple intelligent control systems. In terms of production stability, the intelligent control system can accurately monitor the operating parameters of the equipment in real time and automatically adjust the process conditions according to changes in the working conditions, ensuring that the equipment operates stably under complex conditions and reducing the failure rate by 5% compared to traditional equipment. In terms of labor cost control, the automated production process and intelligent monitoring system reduce manual intervention, resulting in a 10% reduction in labor costs.
