Unite Your Hearts, Forge a Shared Future | JJRS's Annual Corporate Culture Event Successfully Held in Half a Year

On the afternoon of June 4th, 2025, to celebrate the upgrade and expansion of the office environment as well as the Dragon Boat Festival, JJRS held its semi-annual corporate culture event. This event combined the joy of space renovation with traditional culture, integrated corporate culture training and employee care, and was participated by over a hundred employees. The aim was to enhance employees' sense of belonging and inject spiritual energy into the company's development.

In the first half of the event, Xu Lei, the general manager of JJRS, delivered a half-year corporate culture training session with the theme of "Unite and Contribute to the Future". Mr. Xu focused on the company's core values, development vision, and future strategic planning, providing in-depth and easy-to-understand explanations. He guided colleagues to deeply understand the connotation of the corporate culture, stimulated their enthusiasm and creativity at work, and helped them reach consensus in their thoughts and form synergy in their actions, working together to strive for the company's development goals. During the training, Mr. Xu emphasized the blueprint for the platform-based strategic development of JJRS. He stressed that we should always adhere to putting customers at the center, taking the hardworking people as the foundation, always conducting criticism and self-criticism, continuously exercising and improving organizational capabilities, so as to achieve model output, talent output, and cultural output, and help every Jingjieruisi employee achieve spiritual and material success, allowing everyone to gain health, wealth, and love in the company.

To enhance management efficiency, JJRS has continuously introduced management concepts and models from world-leading enterprises in recent years. Starting from last year, the company officially adopted the Huawei management model and hired several senior experts who had previously worked in top enterprises as strategic consulting advisors. This training session, JJRS specially invited a teacher who had worked at Huawei to be present in person. They focused on providing in-depth empowerment for the formulation of the company's management strategy for the next 3-5 years, and sketched out a clear path for future development.

Subsequently, Xie Hairen, the chairman of JJRS, delivered a concluding speech on the training in the first half. Mr. Xie stated that corporate culture is the soul of the company's development, and strategic planning is the direction of progress. He hoped that all employees could deeply understand the training content, integrate personal development with the company's development, take the new office environment as a new starting point, work together, and jointly move towards a better future.

At 7:00 p.m., the second quarter employee birthday party began in a warm and festive manner. The venue was decorated with balloons, flowers, cakes and delicious food, creating a cozy atmosphere for the party.

At the birthday party, Mr. Xie and Mr. Xu personally placed the birthday hats on the birthday celebrant and delivered birthday wishes. The representative of the birthday person also shared their experience of joining the company. Through interactive games and group singing, everyone strengthened their connections and friendships.

This semi-annual corporate culture activity is not only a review and summary of the company's development achievements, but also an outlook and expectation for the future. The corporate culture training has strengthened employees' sense of identification and belonging to the corporate culture, while the employee birthday party has enhanced the employees' feelings and improved the team cohesion.
